Common Data Environment

About CDE Implementation Services

Real-Time Collaboration and Data Compliance

Our CDE services establish a unified workflow for all project stakeholders, ensuring enhanced collaboration and seamless communication through a Common Data Environment. Implementing a CDE is foundational to efficient information management, helping architects, contractors, and engineers streamline workflows and improve design coordination.

We provide expert BIM consulting and implementation support, setting up the technology, processes, and customized BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) necessary for compliance with international standards, such as ISO 19650. This holistic approach is designed to minimize risk, eliminate conflicts, and maximize project efficiency by ensuring everyone works from accurate, up-to-date, and real-time information.

Our Services

BIM Services

We specialize in optimizing cloud-based environments to streamline collaboration and enhance workflows. Our team implements and manages tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360, enabling real-time coordination and data-driven insights. We integrate requirements and model-checking rules directly into the platform, ensuring models are automatically synced and verified for compliance. Our experts use software including Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM Collaborate Pro within this digital environment.

For complex projects leveraging Bentley Systems software, we provide CDE implementation support to ensure consistent digital governance. Our implementation services guide clients through BIM adoption by standardizing workflows and optimizing technology. We utilize Bentley Systems Software, including Microstation, Bentley Descartes, Bentley Pointools, and ConextCapture, to manage and process data for large infrastructure and industrial projects, delivering high-end infra models.

Why BIM Services

Reduce Risk & Maximize Project Value

By leveraging information-rich 3D models and data-driven decision-making, our services ensure precise planning and enhanced project coordination among all stakeholders.

Enhance Team Collaboration

We establish a Common Data Environment (CDE) and adhere to BIM standards, ensuring seamless communication, real-time data sharing, and better decision-making among all architects, engineers, and project managers.

Mitigate Risk &
Eliminate Rework

BIM streamlines design by identifying and resolving potential issues and clashes in the virtual environment, leading to a safer construction environment and avoiding costly errors and delays on-site.

Future-Ready Facility Management

The field-verified As-Built BIM model (LOD 500) forms the base for Digital Twins. This provides facility managers with accurate operational data, maintenance schedules, and warranties for long-term asset management.

Maximize Budget &
Cost Control

Utilizing 5D BIM services integrates cost data with the 3D model, providing accurate quantity takeoffs and estimation, which helps clients prevent budget overruns and achieve optimized resource management

We’re ready to answer your questions & provide personalized solutions.

What is the main purpose of a Common Data Environment (CDE)?

The CDE is an integrated platform designed to unify all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers, into a shared workflow. Its core purpose is to enable seamless collaboration and easy information exchange, ensuring all parties have access to accurate, up-to-date, and real-time information.

The CDE framework is central to the ISO 19650 series. This series provides the international standard for managing information over the lifecycle of a built asset using BIM, emphasizing collaborative workflows, information sharing, and standardization to improve project efficiency and data quality. We adhere to the ISO 19650 standard.

By facilitating seamless communication and real-time data sharing, a CDE allows for early conflict resolution, such as clash detection. Ensuring adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and providing a unified data source eliminates risks, reduces construction rework, and cuts down on expensive delays.

CDE setup involves creating smart documents and establishing governance. We deliver audit-proof processes and checklists for company-wide compliance, develop or implement the customized BIM Execution Plan (BEP), and establish standardized processes for quality assurance, including automated tracking and model checking.

Effective CDE utilization requires expertise in specialized software packages. We use industry standards like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, as well as specialized tools like Bentley Systems Software (Microstation, Bentley Descartes). Furthermore, our team is proficient with cloud platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and collaboration tools.
